Gráinne Yeatman
Founder and Clinical Specialist Speech & Language Therapist
I have been a Speech and Language Therapist for over twenty years, with much of that time spent working in a Local Authority. I founded Develop My Child as I saw a need for continuity of support with a centralised team of specialists through diagnosis and beyond.
My specialisation is supporting children and young people up to the age of 25 years with complex needs. I have a particular interest in neurodiversity in girls.
Key to my role is providing training for other professionals to up-skill others to support the young people in their family or in their educational setting.
I am ADOS and ADI-r trained and provide multidisciplinary autism and ADHD assessments. I am a qualified Expert Witness and I am the co-chair of the Medico-Legal clinical excellence network for Speech & Language Therapists.

Amanda David
Occupational Therapist
I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2004 and went straight into paediatrics. Throughout my career working in the NHS, schools, and clinics I have striven to keep the child / young person / young adult and their families at the centre of my practice. I aim to work with them to identify the client’s strengths and needs, educate others and empower the client to reach their goals. I have always enjoyed learning, developing my own professional practice and sharing new knowledge with others.
I love travel, long walks in the countryside, spending time with my family and friends and am enjoying learning about gardening.
Hannah Lewis
Occupational Therapist
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist working in paediatrics since qualifying in 2010. I have a broad range of skills to support children with diverse needs, creating bespoke, creative, and goal-focused treatment plans that address both physical and sensory aspects of development.
My career began in Community Paediatrics, working in specialist schools and supporting children in their home environments. I have extensive experience with children with Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Developmental Coordination Disorder. I particularly enjoy helping children develop fine and gross motor skills to build strength, balance, coordination, and independence.
I believe that Occupational Therapy is most effective when embedded in meaningful, everyday activities and grounded in strong therapeutic relationships.
Katherine Holland

I am a passionate Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience and BSc Honours degrees in Psychology and Occupational Therapy.
Through roles in county councils and the NHS, I have worked with adults, children, and young people in settings including private homes, residential facilities, and schools. I thoroughly enjoyed developing my paediatric practice and clinical reasoning within a neuro-developmental framework and within a highly specialist area of paediatrics, namely that of the Primitive and Postural reflexes over nine years in private practice.
